Pets are warmly welcome. We know your four-legged friend is part of the family. Please mention when booking that you are travelling with a pet. There is a cleaning fee of 15 EUR per day. Around tobel1853 there are beautiful walking paths through meadows and forests – perfect for extended walks in the Allgäu.

Yes, we offer free parking directly at the house. Each of our six apartments has a reserved space. The parking is on ground level and easily accessible – ideal for families with plenty of luggage. Charging stations for electric vehicles are planned.

All six holiday apartments are fully equipped: kitchen with induction hob, dishwasher, fridge and coffee machine. We value sustainable comfort: premium duvets and pillows from natural materials by Prolana for restful sleep, organic linen bedding from the MOMM linen manufactory, smart TV and Wi-Fi. Towels and bed linen are included. You also have access to the Stubn.

We offer six individually designed holiday apartments from 23 to 80 square metres. The smallest – Hofgarten (23 m²) – is ideal for 1–2 guests. For couples wanting more space, we recommend Basislager, Wachbühl or Freisitz (33–36 m²). Families choose Hochebene (50 m², maisonette, up to 4 guests) or Gipfelstürmer (80 m², up to 6 guests with 3 bedrooms). Each apartment has its own character.

Yes, from 7 nights we offer a reduction on the total price. For stays of 14 nights or more, we offer individual long-term rates – particularly popular with guests who work remotely or wish to explore the Allgäu at length. Feel free to ask for a personal offer.

Yes, when booking you choose your preferred apartment directly – whether Hofgarten, Basislager, Wachbühl, Freisitz, Hochebene or Gipfelstürmer. Each holiday apartment has its own character: different floor plans, sizes and special features such as a loggia, maisonette or roof windows. Our apartments are in a historic building from 1853 and are unfortunately not fully accessible. Most apartments are reached via stairs. If you have specific requirements, please reach out – we will advise you and find a solution together.

Our prices start from 125 EUR per night for smaller apartments (Hofgarten, Basislager). Mid-sized apartments (Wachbühl, Freisitz) start from 140–150 EUR. The maisonette Hochebene from 200 EUR and our largest apartment Gipfelstürmer (up to 6 guests) from 320 EUR per night. Prices vary by season and length of stay. Final cleaning is included in the price.

A cot and high chair are available free of charge on request. Please mention when booking whether you need these, so we can prepare everything. In the larger apartments (Hochebene, Gipfelstürmer) there is plenty of room for families with small children.

Final cleaning is included in the price – you do not need to clean. We simply ask you to leave the apartment tidy: dishes in the dishwasher, rubbish in the bins and furniture in its place. This helps us prepare quickly for the next guests.

The minimum stay is usually 2 nights. During peak season (Christmas, Easter, summer holidays) a minimum of 3–4 nights may apply. For short-notice single-night stays, feel free to ask – depending on availability we will find a solution.

No, there is no tourist tax in Leutkirch. You only pay the accommodation price with us – no additional fees.

All our apartments are non-smoking. Please smoke outdoors only – you will find a designated area in the garden. We ask you not to smoke on the balconies. Please understand that we must charge an additional cleaning fee if you do smoke inside. This is important for the wellbeing of all our guests.

Our Wi-Fi is fast enough for streaming, video calls and working remotely. The speed is around 50 Mbit/s. In all apartments and communal areas you have free access. You will find the password in the welcome folder.
